Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with our items so if for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and will be happy to make it right. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

All orders are custom made to order so we do not offer exchanges. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as received.
